§ 5.08.120. Appeals.

Within five days, excluding weekends and legal holidays, an applicant for a license or a licensee may appeal to the town manager from the refusal of the community development department to issue a license under this chapter or from the revocation of any license granted in accordance with this chapter. The town manager may designate a hearing officer to hear the appeal.
