§ 2.68.010. Power reserved—Time of election—Reimbursement of election costs.

A.

There is reserved to the qualified electors of the town the power of the initiative and the referendum as prescribed by the state constitution. The process for undertaking an initiative or referendum shall be as prescribed by state law, except as specifically set forth in this chapter.

B.

The referred matter, if properly qualified, shall be submitted to the voters at the next ensuing consolidated municipal election.
