§ 2.04.150. Suspension of provisions.

Any of the provisions of Sections 2.04.070 through 2.04.140 of this chapter may be temporarily suspended in connection with any matter under consideration by a recorded vote of three-fourths of the members present, except that this section shall not be construed to permit any action that is contrary to state statutes.
