§ 13.12.060. Unoccupied units liable.

A.

Minimum charges as outlined in this chapter, will not be charged for unoccupied trailers, spaces or apart-ments where such trailers, spaces or apartments are served by a single commercial meter serving other units in the trailer park or apartment complex.

B.

Single units on separate residential meters will be charged the minimum charge unless a request is made in writing, per Section 13.24.010 of this title, to discontinue service.

C.

Sewer charges will be charged for the same periods as water service.
